MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER
Ingeteam, a leading company in electrical engineering and in the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to incorporate a Process Engineer for electrical Test Benches for its facilities in Sesma, Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio, or Ortuella.
The selected person will join the Operations C&C Department team with the objective of ensuring the definition, standardization, and optimization of production processes and their associated times, aiming to improve operational efficiency. The position focuses on the analysis of standard times, work methods, and basic operations management, contributing to the continuous improvement and productivity of the plant.
Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes with time and method studies (stopwatch, MTM) to define standards and operational sequences.
Develop and maintain technical process documentation, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to improve standards.
Drive Lean improvements (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED), prepare productivity reports, and manage data in ERP/MES (SAP, Teamcenter).
Requirements: Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is valued.
English: B2
Experience: 1 year or more of experience in industrial environments is valued.
IT: SAP and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Power BI is valued.
Competencies: Autonomy, high capacity for interaction with different stakeholders, negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret and manage different situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
