HEALTH AND SAFETY PLANT LEAD

At Ingeteam, we are looking for a person with leadership ambition to drive and evolve the Health and Safety area at our Beasain plant. This is a position with real responsibility over the HS team at the plant, within a demanding and highly technological industrial environment, and aligned with the Global Health and Safety Management of Productive Plants. It is not an exclusively technical or support role: you will have a key role in the implementation of the global Health and Safety strategy, the development of the team, and the evolution of the preventive culture at the plant. You will have the support of a senior HS technical reference at the plant, focused on day-to-day operational management, which will allow you to focus on team leadership, prioritization, and the continuous improvement of the Health and Safety system.

What you will do

• Lead the HS team at the plant.
• Implement and follow up on the Annual Health and Safety Plan.
• Ensure the integration of the global strategy into daily operations.
• Drive the safety culture at all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate with Global Management and plant operations.

What we are looking for

• University degree (engineering is valued) + Master's in PRL (3 specialties).
• ~5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Intermediate/high English.
• Capacity for organization, leadership, and structured vision.
• Motivation to assume team management responsibilities.
