FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (TEMPORARY)

About the company

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking for a Financial Controller for its Zamudio facilities for a temporary replacement.

Your tasks

• Reporting of the economic and management information required by the Group Management, in collaboration with the financial-administrative team of the controlled companies.
• Supervision of compliance with accounting, tax, corporate, etc., obligations of the controlled companies.
• Review of project information and calculation of the degree of progress.
• Treasury management: Performing bank reconciliations, performing treasury forecasts.
• Collaboration in the implementation of IT tools and methodologies for controlling activity in the administration and finance areas of the controlled companies.
• Detection of errors, deviations, and proposals for improvement in the financial-administrative area.
• Collaboration in External Audit requirements and in the preparation of the Annual Accounts of the controlled companies.
• Collaboration with the tax department in obtaining information for possible tax inspections.
• Collaboration with the Group Consolidation Department in the functions it performs and the documentation it reports to Management.

Requirements

• Degree/Licentiate in Business Administration and Management (ADE) / Economics / Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Audit / Big Four (preferably with experience in Groups of companies) or holding a position as a financial controller.
• High level of English (C1 or similar).
• Knowledge of SAP.
