CONTRACT MANAGER SOLAR PV & BESS

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Contract Manager to join the Solar PV & BESS business unit in Sarriguren (Navarra).

Mission: You will be responsible for leading the contractual management of the business unit on a global level, ensuring that supply contracts are correctly reviewed, negotiated, formalized, and managed throughout their entire life cycle. The position will play a key role in protecting the company's interests, identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, and optimizing contractual conditions in the various international markets in which the company operates.

Among its main challenges, the work linked to the following stands out: Analyze client contracts in detail on a global level (scope, milestones, payments, penalties, deliveries, warranties, variations, causes of suspension/termination).

Coordinate contractual review with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Tax, Insurance, Compliance,

Identify risk clauses and propose alternatives that protect business interests

Ensure consistency between contracts, internal policies, commercial procedures, and corporate strategy.

Evaluate the legal, financial, operational, technical, and commercial risks associated with each contract.

Participate in negotiation meetings with strategic clients and management teams.

Prepare negotiation strategies, starting positions, commercial arguments, and contractual alternatives.

Seek balanced solutions that allow for the closing of commercial agreements without unnecessarily compromising the company's position.

Detect contractual events that require formal notification (delays, variations, force majeure, etc.)

Standardize templates and contribute to the improvement of internal contractual management procedures.

Requirements: Degree or Double Degree in Law, Business Administration and Management, or similar.

At least 5 years of experience in contract management and negotiation, preferably in industrial, technological, energy, or infrastructure environments.

High level of English is essential, C1 or higher.

Experience in the photovoltaic sector, solar energy, power electronics, energy storage, or electrical equipment will be positively valued.

Availability to travel occasionally.
