PAID INTERNSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE

We are looking to incorporate a person to support the administrative tasks of the Maintenance area. The selected person will collaborate in the management of orders, documentation, spare parts, and shipments.

Main functions:

• Process orders in SAP and Prisma, and manage their shipment to suppliers.
• Register received delivery notes in SAP.
• Manage invoices associated with MTO orders in DocuWare.
• Register work reports and received reports corresponding to each work order in Prisma.
• Monitor the spare parts implementation plan and manage information on already implemented spare parts.
• Coordinate the management of material and spare parts shipments to suppliers.

Requirements:

• Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar qualification.
• Proficiency in euskera and English.
• Proactive attitude.
• Meet the access requirements for the internship managed through the Fundación Novia Salcedo: being under 30 years old and not having had, after completing higher studies, an employment contract registered with Social Security nor another internship. Curricular internships or projects carried out as part of the completion of degree or master's studies will not be considered work experience for these purposes.
