About the company
Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Backoffice to join the project management team in the Solar PV & BESS sector in Sarriguren (Navarra).
Your tasks
Mission: You will be responsible for performing technical and administrative project management tasks to meet objectives in both quality and deadlines.
Among your main challenges, the following work-related tasks stand out:
- Management of customer orders
- Management and monitoring of national and international shipments
- Management of supplier orders
- Reception and monitoring of deliveries
- Billing orders and monitoring customer debt
- Project management in SAP and CRM
- Warehouse stock control
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Training in Finance Administration or similar.
- Experience in a position with similar functions will be valued.
- English B2
- Proficiency and knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI will be positively valued.
- Knowledge of international trade will be positively valued.
