Service Engineer (PS) m/f/d

Tasks:

• Assembly and wiring of switchgear
• Carrying out and monitoring installation work domestically and abroad
• Organizational preparations for the installation of system components at our customers' sites
• Hardware commissioning domestically and abroad
• IO-Check during system commissioning
• Parameterization of sensors and actuators
• Signal testing from the field to the PLC and visualization
• Troubleshooting and rectification
• Support during software commissioning
• Documenting changes for plan revisions
• Creation and execution of measurement and test protocols

• If required, site manager activities with the following tasks:

• - Taking over installation projects, organization of site setup

• - Material management for construction site projects

• - Schedule monitoring, creation of schedules, milestone planning

• - Site monitoring, support on construction sites

• - Organizing and performing acceptance, project completion

• - Calculation of additional orders

• - Customer clarification

• - Responsible for monitoring contractors (sub-suppliers) regarding compliance with planning and specification-compliant execution, contract fulfillment, adherence to site regulations, and completion of remaining items

• - Monitoring relevant safety regulations on the construction site

• The activity is predominantly carried out at changing construction sites
• If required: support in manufacturing
• Continuous on-site assignments are possible

Required Qualifications:

• Completed training as an Energieanlagen-Elektroniker (m/f/d) or comparable
• Further training as an Elektrotechniker or Elektrotechnikmeister desirable
• Experience in the commissioning of machines and systems desirable
• Experience with assembly and installation activities desirable
• Basic knowledge of Step7
• Experience in measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Experience in parameterizing sensors and actuators
• Willingness to travel
• Good English skills
