Cybersecurity Architect (AI Adoption Focus)

At Kibernum, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect with a consultative mindset and a facilitating approach.

The objective of the role is to lead early technical accompaniment in corporate initiatives and Artificial Intelligence adoption projects (GenAI, LLMs, assistants, and cloud platforms), ensuring data protection and the technological resilience of the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Provide early accompaniment to development, data, and AI Management teams in defining cybersecurity requirements from the design stage (Shift-Left).
• Design security architecture patterns for cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and secure API consumption.
• Lead the definition and implementation of data protection controls (DLP, encryption, information classification, and IAM/PAM).
• Perform Threat Modeling and technical risk analysis for new technological initiatives.
• Establish the security foundations and standards for the corporate use of AI tools, applying best practices and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
• Evaluate the cybersecurity posture and risks in cloud service providers, SaaS, and third-party tools.

Profile requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Architecture, Information Security, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in data protection projects, information classification, DLP, and identity/access management.
• Solid handling of frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and NIST CSF.
• Experience applying secure development principles (SSDLC, OWASP) and security in cloud APIs.
• Judgment and knowledge of security best practices for AI projects (prompt hygiene, prevention of data leaks in RAG/LLMs, notions of OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF).
• Consultative communication skills, technical negotiation, and the ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries.
• Intermediate technical English for reading and reviewing technical documentation and international standards.

(Desirable) Job conditions

Modality: Hybrid in Santiago (3 days in-person / 2 days remote work). Schedule: Office hours (Monday to Friday). Contract type: Initial project until December, with high probabilities of continuity.
