SOX Analyst

At Kibernum, we are looking for a SOX Analyst to join a team focused on IT Governance, internal control, and regulatory compliance. The person will be responsible for managing and maintaining SOX program documentation, coordinating evidence collection, and following up on audits, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and supporting the SOX Engineer's management, in order to contribute to regulatory compliance and the effectiveness of the internal control system.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Risk and Control Matrices (RCM), documentation, and SOX repositories.
• Coordinate evidence collection with process owners and auditors.
• Execute design and operating effectiveness testing of SOX controls.
• Participate in walkthroughs and process mapping.
• Follow up on remediation plans and the closure of findings.
• Maintain reports, indicators, and tracking dashboards.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Auditor Accountant, Auditing, Management Control Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience participating in internal or external audit processes, internal control, risks, and SOX compliance; experience in business and/or IT control testing.
• Experience in business and/or IT control testing.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Desirable experience in GRC tools and ERP systems.
• Intermediate English, mainly for reading documentation.

Modality:

Working day:

Monday to Friday, office hours.

Contract:

1 month initial, renewal for 2 months, and subsequent indefinite contract based on performance.
