Operations Analyst

At Kibernum, a leading company in technological solutions, we are looking for an Operations Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for executing and ensuring the continuity of critical operational processes of the area, such as production closing, collection, billing, reconciliations, among others. Their role will be focused on guaranteeing the correct end-to-end execution of the operation, complying with quality standards, response times, and service agreements.
• Execute business operational processes autonomously, including among others:

1. Production closing or Collection and billing (PAC/PAT)
2. Operational reconciliations
3. Management of returns and exceptions
4. Valuation

• Ensure the correct execution of processes, managing reprocessing and inconsistencies.
• Monitor SLA compliance and alert operational deviations.
• Manage incidents and coordinate their resolution with internal areas and technology.
• Generate basic operational reports for follow-up.
• Support operational activities associated with system changes or adjustments.
• Monitor risk controls and detect possible flaws in the processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an operations analyst.
• Education in Ingeniería de Ejecución, Administration, or a related career.
• Experience in the execution of operational processes (ideally insurance, banking, or similar).
• Advanced handling of Excel and Power BI.
• Intermediate conversational English.

We Offer:

• Indefinite contract
• Working day Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30 hrs
• 100% on-site work in Las Condes
