Mobile and Tablet IT Technician M/F (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of the IT team for a strategic client, we are looking for a Tablet and Mobile IT Technician.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Regular activity reporting
• Participating in acceptance and production testing of the mobile equipment and services request module
• Ordering lines and mobile terminals from Orange.
• After-sales service (SAV) management.
• Enrollment in MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.
• Handover to users.
• Participating in testing tools for mobility product and service requests.
• Participating in the creation of activity monitoring dashboards.
• Ticket management: requests and incidents

With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level of education, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, managing Telecom orders and after-sales service.

You are proficient with MDM tools Intune and Airwatch.

You are proficient with the Android environment.

Knowledge of ServiceNow or Saleforce would be a plus.

You have a secondary level of English (reading, writing).
