Mechanical Industrialization Technician M/F (M/F)

Within a major player, you will manage the technical preparation and industrialization of mechanical systems and assemblies for complex sub-assemblies.

You will participate in the following main missions:

• Industrial files: design and update manufacturing, machining, assembly, and repair sequences, as well as test files. Identify specific needs (CAD/CAM, boilermaking, surface treatments, painting, tooling).
• Methods & Processes: write production/maintenance operating procedures and create manufacturing plans adapted to production means.
• Procurement & Tooling: define the list of resources, means, and specific tooling, then industrialize standard and custom procurement.
• Technical Support & Improvement: provide support to production, purchasing, and maintenance teams. Utilize RETEX and participate in design reviews.
• Configuration Management: integrate product/process evolutions and ensure continuous documentary updates.

You hold a degree at the Bac+2 or Bac+3 level (BTS, DUT, or Licence professionnelle) in mechanical engineering or industrialization. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a demanding industrial environment.

You are proficient in reading blueprints, using 3D CAD tools, and industrialization methodologies for mechanical assemblies. You also possess solid knowledge of materials technology and the specification of controls and tests.

You have an operational level of technical English.

Working on subjects related to the defense field will require obtaining security clearance and being eligible for it.
