Mechanical Calculation Activity Pilot M/F (M/F)

As part of our development activities for future aeronautical programs, we are looking for a Mechanical Calculation Activity Pilot.

You will join our calculation team and take charge of piloting a portion of the studies.

The project you will work on is common to the Le Havre and Montigny le Bretonneux sites. You will be the IDF technical pilot for this project. To this end, you will be stationed at our client's site with part of the team.

In close collaboration with all project stakeholders, your main missions will be as follows:

Technical:

• Carry out the project launch,
• Technically pilot the calculation studies within your scope
• Be the guarantor of the quality of deliverables (review, validations)

Management:

• Develop and maintain the general project schedule as well as the detailed schedules for the different phases,
• Establish progress and financial reporting for the project,
• Manage the client relationship: specifications, management of work units, invoicing
• Establish, at the end of the project, the client satisfaction assessment and the evaluation of the team's skills.

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering with a specialty in structural sizing, and you have 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical structural calculation and project management.

If you are experienced in aeronautical calculation, we can provide internal training on the piloting part.

You master finite element modeling tools such as NX, SAMCEF, NASTRAN.

In general, you have a good command of analytical and numerical calculation methods and possess solid knowledge of the strength of materials.

You have a good understanding of the modeled physical phenomena and the ability to interpret and synthesize simulation and calculation results.

A good level of English is necessary to study technical documentation.

Beyond your technical culture, you stand out through your rigor, your capacity for organization and planning, and are comfortable with teamwork. You are persuasive and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

A 3-month training period in Normandy is to be expected upon your integration to assimilate product knowledge.
