Supplier Quality Engineer M/F

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to support our client, a specialist in the production of engines and turbomachinery.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Participate in the definition and deployment of quality requirements for suppliers, in alignment with the Group's norms and standards;
• Conduct quality audits at supplier sites, evaluating their compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements;
• Analyze quality deviations and propose corrective action plans in collaboration with technical teams and suppliers;
• Ensure the monitoring of quality performance indicators (non-conformity rate, delivery times, etc.) and contribute to their improvement;
• Participate in the review of certification files and the management of risks associated with suppliers;
• Contribute to the awareness and training of suppliers regarding quality best practices;
• Write audit reports and analysis summaries for management bodies.

With a Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+5) specializing in mechanics or industrialization, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Solid knowledge in reading blueprints and technical specifications.

Your interpersonal skills and sense of dialogue allow you to work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (technical, purchasing, production) and external suppliers.

Rigorous, methodical, and possessing an analytical mind, you also know how to demonstrate persuasion and pedagogy to support stakeholders in continuous improvement.

Travel is to be expected in France and abroad.
