Dynamic Structural Calculation Engineer M/F (M/F)
As part of the support provided to one of our clients in the development of military programs, we are looking for a Mechanical Calculation Engineer with knowledge in the modeling and analysis of composite and metallic structures to strengthen our team.
Reporting to the dimensioning department of Ingeliance Technologies in Ile de France (Montigny-le-Bretonneux 78 site), your activities will take place at the client's premises in Le Plessis Robinson (92).
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Analyze existing work, provide a critical view of the modeling
- Prepare CAD for meshing
- Create and input finite element models of a part or an assembly of several components, debugging of calculations
- Perform mechanical calculations of the linear or non-linear static, thermomechanical, modal, vibratory, shock type (calculations in the frequency or time domain)
- Post-process and analyze results
- Write and/or check summary reports of the results of these simulations
If necessary, propose areas for improvement / Be proactive, for example within the framework of Calculation/Test Correlation (model recalibration)
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanics with a specialty in structural dimensioning and mechanical calculation and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in composite and metallic structural calculation.
You are proficient in the finite element modeling tools Hypermesh, Hyperview and NASTRAN (SOL 101, SOL 103, SOL 111, SOL 112, SOL 400).
You generally have a good mastery of analytical and numerical calculation methods and possess solid knowledge in the strength of materials.
You have a good understanding of the modeled physical phenomena and the ability to interpret and synthesize simulation and calculation results.
During the recruitment process, you will undergo a technical test to evaluate your level.
A good level of English is also necessary to study and write technical documentation.
As the intervention on these military subjects is classified, it requires meeting all conditions to obtain the necessary security clearance.
