Special Purpose Machines Project Manager M/F (M/F)

We are looking for a Special Purpose Machines Project Manager to support our client, a specialist in the field of industrial robotics.

As part of your duties, you will ensure the proper execution of business contracts, from the receipt of the customer order to the final delivery.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Establish the general organization of the project based on the analysis of the contract specifications,
• Define, monitor the schedule, and ensure reporting throughout the project,
• Launch layout studies, collaborate with the design office, and monitor deadlines,
• Collaborate with production teams for machine assembly, supervise, and monitor deadlines,
• Coordinate machine installation and commissioning,
• Hand over the project to the client and have the acceptance report signed,
• Manage the client relationship and guarantee a relationship of trust throughout the project,
• Resolve major technical problems or unforeseen events,
• Ensure internal responsibility for contracts regarding deadlines, quality, safety, and profitability.

With a Master's degree in General Engineering or a specialization in mechanics, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business management position in industry.

You demonstrate solid knowledge in the following areas:

• mechanical engineering, special purpose machines
• contract management, client relations
• project management: reporting, planning, organization, cost control, quality assurance...
• fluent English

You are rigorous, autonomous, pragmatic, and a very good communicator.

Sense of responsibility, initiative, and negotiation skills.

International travel is to be expected as part of this position.
