With exposure to senior leadership and the ability to drive a variety of strategic topics, the department empowers future leaders. And ING Corporate Strategy is hiring a Senior Strategy Consultant to enhance the department.

The department reports directly to the CEO with fifteen professionals from a range of backgrounds, including external consultancies such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Kearney and Oliver Wyman.
