We're Hiring: Data Centre Design & Infrastructure Strategy Engineer – Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Design & Infrastructure Strategy Engineer to join our team in Singapore

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong Network Architecture / Infrastructure Engineering background who are interested in expanding into Data Centre Design and Infrastructure Strategy.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Data Centre design and infrastructure standards.
• Assess existing sites covering power, cooling, capacity and rack footprint .
• Develop expansion and modernisation strategies across multiple Data Centres.
• Design and challenge network, rack, cabling and connectivity architecture .
• Build costed options and business cases for infrastructure investments.
• Work with colocation providers, engineering consultants and technology teams .
• Present recommendations and investment proposals to senior stakeholders.

💡 Key Skills

• Data Centre Design / Infrastructure Engineering / Infrastructure Planning
• Strong Network Architecture knowledge – Routing, Switching, Spine/Leaf, Connectivity
• Data Centre M&E – UPS, PDU, CRAC/AHU, Cooling, Power Distribution
• Capacity planning and infrastructure strategy
• Colocation / vendor / consultant management
• Cost modelling and business case development
• Experience with multi-site or regional infrastructure environments

• DCIM / capacity management tools
• Financial Services / Banking experience
• CDCP or equivalent certification
