IT - Consultant (all genders) – Risk & Fraud (IT-Berater/in)

• You advise our customers with a focus on fraud prevention in payment transactions (Issuing, Acquiring) as well as on risk assessment and anti-money laundering (AML).
• You analyze requirements and develop technical solutions with RiskShield, our award-winning anti-fraud platform.
• You configure and integrate our software into complex IT environments – and in doing so, become part of strategic projects.
• You conduct workshops and training sessions and empower our customers to utilize the full potential of our solution.
• You ensure quality through structured testing and system validation.
• You work closely with internal project teams and stay up to date regarding regulations and standards.

What you bring to the role:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Analytical, structured way of working & high customer orientation.
• Initial experience in software implementation, IT - consulting, or in the financial environment is an advantage.
• Interest or know-how in one or more of these areas: - Insurance (Claims Process & Risk Management)
• Payments & Cards (e.g., card payments, Fraud Detection, PCI DSS)
• Compliance (AML, sanctions, EU directives)
• Risk-Based Authentication (SCA, Fingerprinting, PSD2/3)
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, C++, Oracle, or JBoss.
• Very good English skills (at least C1); German skills are welcome.
