Your tasks

The customer is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Corporate Banking domain knowledge to lead and deliver technology initiatives within the banking environment. The role will focus primarily on project management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution across business and technology teams. Experience in Corporate Banking products, operations, and regulatory reporting will be essential for success in this role.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains.

Requirements

Education

• Degreein IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.

Essential

• Project delivery. Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
• Stakeholder management. Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Project governance. Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Fit-gap assessment. Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

Good to have

• Corporate Banking domain. Experience in corporate banking or financial services environments, such as:

o Payments and Cash Management o Regulatory Reporting, including MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements and JFSA (Japan Financial Services Agency) reporting requirements

• Cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work effectively with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Multi-project management. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Project management. End-to-end project delivery, scope, timeline, budget, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Reporting. Project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

• Governance and compliance. Project governance, audits, regulatory compliance requirements, and fit-gap assessments.
