Operation Manager - Cleaning

Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee large-scale cleaning operations, managing staffing levels of 200+ cleaning staff. Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning activities along with long-term project work. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain service standards. Provide detailed written feedback and action plans for service improvements. Participate in meetings with high-level client representatives. Adapt quickly to changing conditions and operational challenges. Maintain a strong database of reliable cleaning personnel for contracting as needed. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field (Management preferred). 2–3 years of operations experience within the cleaning industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough documentation. Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive attitude.
