AI software engineer - Training and placement for development positions

Infinity Labs R&D invites you to the AI Software Engineer career track - professional training at no cost for those accepted, upon completion of which we ensure your integration into your first development position at one of the 300+ companies we work with.

In an era where AI is changing the way developers work, companies are no longer just looking for people who know how to write code. They are looking for software engineers who understand systems, architecture, planning, and complex problem-solving - and know how to use AI smartly as part of the development process.

During the training, you will undergo:

• Intensive training that simulates a real R&D environment, with industry processes, responsibility, and standards.
• Active learning through research, explanation, experimentation, and application.
• Working on complex systems, architecture, performance, and systems thinking.
• Using AI as an engineering tool that empowers the developer's capabilities - not replaces them.
• Mentorship from active development professionals.
• Placement in development roles that typically require 2–3 years of experience.

We do not teach one tool or one technology. We train software engineers who know how to learn, adapt, and lead even the next generation of technology.

Training locations:

• Ramat Gan: Jabotinsky 1, in the Bourse complex (adjacent to Savidor Central railway station)
• Haifa: Nahum Hat 4, Matam (not far from Hof HaCarmel railway station)
