Extrusion Operator – 2 Shifts & Permanent Night Shift

About the company

For a company in regio Wielsbeke we are looking for motivated and technically skilled Extrusion Operators to join the production team. We have opportunities available in both a two-shift system (early and late shifts) and a permanent night shift.

Your tasks

As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines and production lines.
• Set up machines and adjust process parameters according to production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and make adjustments when necessary.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all health, safety, and production procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Experience in extrusion or a similar production environment is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and a hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work either a two-shift system or a permanent night shift.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• You speak English or Dutch fluently.
