CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description Plan and schedule projects effectively. Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated into all project management activities and take initiatives to promote a safe working environment. Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors in the installation, testing and commissioning of equipment to ensure compliance with the required specifications and quality standards. Anticipate potential project issuesand take appropriate measures to minimise risks. Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers. Provide training and guidance to new workers. Perform other ad-hoc duties asassigned by the Project Manager. Requirements Possess a certificate in the Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course or other relevant safety-related courses. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
