Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) , Talent Acquisition , Recruitment , and building a compelling Employment Branding strategy. Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , advanced Candidate Sourcing techniques, and strong Interviewing Techniques are essential. Experience with Stakeholder Management , Negotiation , excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) , fostering Diversity & Inclusion , working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) , supporting Onboarding processes, and leveraging Data Analysis (Recruitment Metrics) is highly valued. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment , demonstrating a strong track record of successful placements and strategic talent engagement. Education Requirements: While a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, we prioritize practical experience and proven success in talent acquisition roles.
