Your tasks

The Role & Your Impact As our Order Management Specialist, you won't just be processing orders; you will be the architect of efficiency. You will oversee the entire order-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it. Your expertise in Stock Management and Stock Control will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, directly impacting our bottom line and customer satisfaction levels.

• Mastering the Order Lifecycle: Manage and streamline the end-to-end order process with precision and speed.
• Inventory Excellence: Execute rigorous Stock Control measures and optimize Stock Management strategies to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize ERP Systems and Data Analysis to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: You bring 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management, specifically within an Experienced career level.
• Core Competencies: Mastery of Order Management, Stock Management, and Stock Control is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP Systems and advanced Data Analysis tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Strategic Mindset: A strong background in Inventory Optimization and Logistics Planning.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional Problem Solving abilities and the Communication Skills necessary to manage Vendor Management and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Location: Ability to work On-site at our Cairo, Egypt facility.
