Your tasks

• Lead the Demand Planning process by analyzing historical data and market trends to create accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align supply with promotional activities and new product launches.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance high service levels with minimal waste, a critical factor in the Cosmetics industry.
• Monitor and report on forecast accuracy, identifying root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings to drive consensus across the Supply Chain and commercial departments.

Requirements

Skills & Technologies You will leverage advanced Data Analysis tools and Microsoft Excel to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. Your expertise in Inventory Management and Forecasting methodologies will be the backbone of our operational excellence.

• 3-5 years of experience in a demand planning or supply chain role, specifically within the Cosmetics or FMCG sector.
• Proven expertise in Demand Planning, Planning, and Supply Chain management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a mastery of Data Analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with S&OP processes and Forecasting techniques.
• A proactive approach to Inventory Management and Market Trend Analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is expected for this Experienced level role.
