About the company Founded in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company based in Toulouse. It pushes the boundaries of in-orbit services through cutting-edge spacecraft powered by its own space rendezvous solution, an advanced autonomous navigation solution based on vision. Infinite Orbits is developing two generations of missions:

• « Orbit Guard »: provides space inspection and surveillance services (SSA) in geostationary orbit (GEO). Our first mission, OG-1, was launched on May 1, 2023; the second will be launched in 2025 and the third in 2026.
• « Endurance »: is a docking service capable of extending the lifespan of telecommunication satellites in GEO, by supporting their attitude and orbit control (SCAO/AOCS) for 5 years.

Job Description

• Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders (PO) in the ERP system for indirect procurement (services, IT, office supplies, logistics, subcontracting),
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of procurement processes to optimize the company's operational efficiency,
• Assist in collecting internal needs and monitoring suppliers (follow-ups, deliveries, document compliance),
• Participate in logistical and administrative tasks (receptions, contractual documents, archiving, NDA),
• Participate in reporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPI) related to lead times, compliance, and supplier performance.

• Ability to manage both operational purchasing and purchasing projects
• Professional English mandatory
• Knowledge of the ERP Odoo: a plus
