Security Team Lead (SOC)

About the Role Security Operations (SOC) Team Lead is responsible to protect enterprise infrastructure through real-time monitoring, incident response, and administration of critical security tools. Key Responsibilities Leading a team of SOC Analyst/ engineers. Monitor and analyze security logs/alerts to detect and respond to threats in real-time. Manage security tools: Tenable, CyberArk PAM,Carbon Black EDR, IBM Guardium DAM, RSA SecurID. Perform vulnerability scanning, appliance updates, and firmware/software upgrades. Onboard/offboard privileged accounts; maintain access controls. Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Support compliance and audit requirements.
