Your Role

Main activities

• Unit Process Development: Support for process development in the Unit Process Development department for LPCVD processes

• Supporting tasks: Conducting experiments, documenting trials, and participating in technical meetings

Further information:

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00)

Duration: at least 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

• Education: You are a student in a natural science, electrical engineering, or materials science degree program

• Soft Skills: Independent and team-oriented way of working. Open-minded, approachable, and strong communication personality

• Language skills: Very good written and spoken English skills

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Workers and Employees in the Electrical and Electronics Industry (full-time basis), Employment Group B for Bachelor students or Employment Group D for Master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
