Your Role

Main Activities

• Presentations: Creation and revision of slides in PowerPoint

• Meeting Support: Support during meetings, documentation of content, and follow-up on topics

• IT and Automation: Implementation of small IT and digitalization tasks, for example in Microsoft 365 and automations

• AI Tools: Support with Copilot and AI applications in everyday work

• Information Management: Maintenance and structuring of information, files, and tools

• Projects: Independent takeover of small projects

Further Information:

Employment type: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00)

Duration: 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

• Education: Ongoing studies in Business, IT, Technology, or comparable

• Digital Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Teams, possibly in Loop/Planner

• AI Tools: Interest and initial experience with AI, Copilot, and digital tools

• IT Mindset: High IT affinity and quick comprehension

• Way of working: Structured and independent

• Teamwork: Team player, reliable, and proactive

• Language skills: Good English skills

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Workers and Employees of the Electrical and Electronics Industry (full-time basis), Employment Group B for Bachelor students or Employment Group D for Master students https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
