Your Role
Main Activities
- Supply chain support: Processing daily operational tasks in the supply chain
- Stakeholder management: Coordination with contact persons for follow-up and task alignment
- Team administration: Carrying out weekly activities in the supply chain team, including status updates and maintenance of records
- Archiving: Maintenance of product archives and filing structures
- Administrative activities: Management of changes in commitments and tracking of confirmations

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00)
Duration: 12 months
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed
- Studies: Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Working style: Independent and proactive way of working
- Time management: Ability to set priorities and adhere to daily and weekly schedules
- Office skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Copilot tools: Experience in using Copilot to increase productivity
- Language skills: Good English skills
