Your Role

Main activities

  • Project Support: Supporting project and program management with organizational, administrative, and project management-related tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Project Planning and Controlling: Creation and maintenance of project, risk, and budget plans as well as support in the planning, tracking, and controlling of work packages and milestones
  • Project Office and Governance: Establishment and operation of the required project infrastructure, including file sharing, permissions, collaboration platforms, and distribution lists
  • Project Management Framework: Further development, implementation, and maintenance of methods, standards, and templates to ensure efficient project control and governance
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Creation of communication materials, articles, and status reports, organization of information events, as well as support with newsletters and project-related communication measures

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

  • Education: Enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or a technical or business studies program
  • Tools: Experience with project management tools and activities is a plus
  • Organization: Strong structured thinking and organizational skills
  • Responsibility: Willingness to support, drive, and manage tasks with a high degree of self-responsibility
  • Language Skills: English in spoken and written form
