Your Role Main Activities

• Calibration: Maintenance of laboratory equipment inventory and the asset database; coordination and scheduling of calibrations and maintenance with internal and external service providers; management of certificates, service protocols, and compliance documents; monitoring of due dates to ensure audit readiness

• Procurement: Creation and maintenance of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the Enterprise-Resource-Planning (ERP) system; tracking of orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier communication; ensuring the availability of consumables, test setups, spare parts, and office supplies; support in budget tracking and cost reports

• Operations: Coordination of daily laboratory activities including workstation bookings and equipment reservations; management of access permissions and visitor coordination; organization of incoming and outgoing shipments for samples and equipment; support of safety, order, compliance, as well as the organization of events, demonstrations, and customer visits
• Documentation: Maintenance of structured documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, calibration records, maintenance logs, and audit evidence; creation of reports, presentations, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards; support for internal and external audits as well as further development of document management
• Automation: Development and maintenance of Python tools for data processing, reporting, and workflow automation; support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to increase efficiency and productivity; analysis of utilization, equipment performance, and operational metrics; creation of dashboards and automated reports with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, and related tools; support in digitalization and process optimization

• Technical Support: Collaboration in the setup and maintenance of test environments for power electronics; support in measurement data acquisition, basic analysis, and result documentation; ensuring the flawless condition of test setups, cables, connectors, and accessories; collaboration with engineering teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency

Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00) Duration: 12 months

Your Profile Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Media and Communication, or a related field

• Language Skills: English: excellent in spoken and written; German: an advantage

• Organization: Strong planning and prioritization with a structured, detail-oriented way of working; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic laboratory environment

• Collaboration: Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary, international teams

• Digital Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; experience with Enterprise-Resource-Planning (ERP) such as SAP is an advantage; familiarity with Microso....
