  • Define and maintain a data framework to build steering dashboards that provide pipeline

visibility and actionable analytics for business steering

  • Provide regular, proactive updates to management on business development,

including opportunities, key trends, and risks

  • Answer AdHoc Analysis Request from high-level stakeholders for defined areas
  • Identify, initiate, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and workflows to

enhance transparency, efficiency, and data quality

  • Drive adoption of digital analytics solutions and continuously enhance reporting

capabilities through automation, visualization, and collaboration with IT, Sales and central

teams

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Programming & Data Analytics Skills with experience in a semiconductor

enviroment: Knowledge of Python and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tool such

as Tableau or Power BI; proficiency with R or Java

  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with basic exposure to ML

frameworks (e. g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and

model evaluation

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem solving
  • Communication, Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, ability

to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders efficiently, and communicate fluently

in English
