Staff / Senior Staff Engineer Analog Layout

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform  full custom layout of Analog Mixed Signal modules  in  planar CMOS, BCD and FinFET  technologies Create an  efficient floorplan  to ensure optimal placement and routing of analogue components to meet design requirements and performance Perform layout verification of the IP module  to ensure quality and compliance of the processes Documentation of all layout details  according to the development process and adhere to the quality and standards Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor/Master degree in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering At least 5 years experience in analog layout of circuits, such as Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, PLL, ADC etc Experience in deep submicron process in planar CMOS and BCD technologies. Knowledge of FinFET will be advantageous Proficient in  EDA tools, such as Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Java will be a plus Excellent team player
