Head of Financial Monitoring Department (AML/CFT)
Organization of ML/TF/PF/SV risk assessment and management
Supervision of the investigation and monitoring of high-risk customers and transactions
Organization of analysis and decision-making regarding suspicious transactions and business relationships
Ensuring the provision of relevant reports and information to the Central Bank of Armenia
Development of internal policies and procedures in the ML/TF/PF/SV field
Organization of training, retraining, and professional development of employees
Development of systems, programs, and internal legal acts directed towards ML/TF/PF/SV, organization of monitoring their effectiveness, analysis of results, and decision-making
Organization of controls and audits aimed at the prevention of ML/TF/PF/SV in the Bank, as well as analysis of their results
Submission, implementation, and supervision of proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Department's activities
At least 3 years of work experience in the ML/TF field
ACAMS or ICA qualification is mandatory
Presence of CGSS, CFCS, or an equivalent international certificate will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages
Knowledge of the regulatory legislation of the banking and ML/TF sectors of the Republic of Armenia
In-depth knowledge regarding international sanctions requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience working with Transaction Monitoring, SanctionScreening, and KYC/CDD/EDD systems
Knowledge of the LexisNexis sanctions program will be considered an advantage
