Business analyst

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze them, and provide comprehensive business solutions

Formulate complete business solution designs by collaborating with technical teams and architects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy

Organize workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business requirements

Review existing solutions and propose new solutions or improvements to align with business strategy and/or increase efficiency

Monitor the implementation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs

Support systems development by providing business knowledge

Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the alignment of proposed systems with business requirements

Higher education in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.

At least 1 year of work experience in business analysis or systems analysis.

Good knowledge of Russian and English.

Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of business analysis tools and application skills: BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.

Excellent presentation skills.

Excellent project management skills.
