Your job, your future:

• Quotations are created by you and recorded in the CRM system
• You are responsible for customer care and acquisition
• The entire order processing falls within your area of responsibility
• You arrange appointments with customers/suppliers and ensure that these are kept
• Invoicing and verification are carried out by you
• Complaints are processed by you
• You work closely with the Purchasing/ Manufacturing/ Logistics departments
• All data is recorded and maintained by you

Strengths that distinguish you:

• You have completed commercial training, e.g., as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Speditions- und Logistikkaufmann (m/f/d) or similar
• Using MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is not a challenge for you
• Ideally, you have worked with ERP systems (SAP, Sage 100, Oracle, etc.)
• To communicate with national/international customers, you bring confident English skills
• You convince with your confident appearance and your service orientation
• You want to achieve the best possible result not only as a lone fighter (m/f/d) but also in a team
