We are looking for you within the framework of temporary employment as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) in your area.

Your areas of responsibility:

• You independently conduct negotiations with freight forwarders
• You are responsible for agreeing on freight rates
• You will take over the dispatching and determination of suitable transport alternatives
• You ensure on-time delivery
• Complete shipping processing, including customs clearance, also falls within your area of responsibility
• You process incoming complaints

Our requirements:

• You have successfully completed training as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial professional experience
• Your confident handling of common MS-Office applications will make your daily work easier
• Ideally, you possess a certain IT affinity and have experience with logistics software
• You can regularly use your good English skills when communicating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers
• You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner and never lose sight of result orientation
• Your commitment, reliability, and flexibility round off your profile
