Within the framework of temporary employment, we are looking for you as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) in your area

Your areas of responsibility:

• You independently conduct negotiations with freight forwarders
• You are responsible for agreeing on freight rates
• You will take over the dispatching and determination of suitable transport alternatives
• You ensure on-time delivery
• Complete shipping processing, including customs clearance, also falls within your area of responsibility
• You process incoming complaints

What must you bring with you?

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Speditions- und Logistikkaufmann (m/f/d) or similar
• Ideally, you bring professional experience from the international sector
• Using MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is not a challenge for you
• To communicate with national/international customers, you bring confident English skills
• You convince with your confident appearance and your service orientation
• You want to achieve the best possible result not only as a lone fighter (m/f/d) but also in a team
