Your job, your future:

• You are responsible for smooth export and shipping processes
• You coordinate appointments with customers and transport companies
• You create customs and export-relevant documents and perform bookings in the ERP system
• Invoices are checked and approved by you
• You are the contact person (m/f/d) for national/international customers
• Reporting of key figures is also part of your area of responsibility

Strengths that distinguish you:

• You have completed commercial training, e.g., as a Clerk (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or similar
• Ideally, you bring relevant professional experience
• Using MS Office and ERP systems is not a challenge for you
• To communicate with national/international customers, you have proficient English skills
• You convince with your organizational talent and your independent way of working
