What does your everyday work look like?

• Maintenance and administration of supplier and article master data
• Processing of order confirmations
• Monitoring of delivery dates
• Responsibility for dunning processes
• Creation of inquiries
• Evaluation of offers
• Conducting price negotiations and contract conclusions
• Collaboration in the development of new procurement markets
• Analysis and observation of existing markets
• Supplier management as well as support in the strat. further development of the supplier portfolio
• Implementation of the ordering and processing process for procurement operations

What must you bring with you?

• Completed commercial training
• Assertiveness and good negotiation skills
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient IT skills: MS Office and ERP-System
• You should be motivated, committed and a team player
