Role Focus Financial / Investment-related leadership role supporting the stable development of asset management and custody services, with emphasis on China–Singapore financial connectivity, regulatory pilot programmes, QDII opportunities, and cross-border custody optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the stable development of asset management and custody services for the Bank, strengthen team management, and achieve operational targets.
  • Enhance the China–Singapore financial connectivity innovation plan and actively apply for the first batch of pilot programmes with regulatory authorities in both countries.
  • Explore opportunities arising from the expansion of QDII and the accelerated opening of China’s financial markets to drive asset growth.
  • Lead the drafting of optimisation requirements for the custody system to enhance the automation of cross-border custody services.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with various departments of the head office and entities within the group, strengthening synergies in asset management and custody services across the group.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines.

Working Experience

  • 15 years (or above) of experience in banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in a managerial role.

Language

  • Good command of English and Chinese, as this role requires frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
