Host - Salesperson

Ensure a positive, warm, and professional welcome experience aligned with the identity and value proposition of the establishment, guaranteeing that each visitor feels welcomed, guided, and connected with the coffee experience and the brand.

1. Receive and welcome visitors with a cordial, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
2. Explain the concept of the space experience to visitors and guide them during their visit.
3. Attend to and provide solutions to visitors' concerns; if necessary, channel them appropriately to the team or Management.
4. Collect feedback and impressions from visitors and report relevant findings to Management.
5. Manage the flow of visitors toward the retail area and other spaces of the establishment.
6. Coordinate with baristas and salespeople to guarantee a smooth and frictionless experience for the customer.

REQUISITION:

Bachelor's degree or university student in hospitality or tourism with previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or experience concepts (desirable).

• Food handling and customer service.
• High level of English.
• Barista courses or coffee-related courses.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge or experience in restaurant services or event service.
