Direct, coordinate, and optimize store operations, guaranteeing an exceptional experience centered on coffee, customer service, business profitability, and the constant development of the work team, aligned with the identity, values, and brand proposal.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the operational team by promoting a culture of service, respect, passion for coffee, and teamwork.
  2. Ensure that each collaborator provides kind, respectful, and high-quality attention to all visitors.
  3. Conduct daily follow-up meetings with staff to communicate news, initiatives, and store incidents, and to facilitate better service management.
  4. Manage and resolve internal team conflicts, as well as address customer complaints or concerns acting with judgment, objectivity, and empathy.
  5. Ensure a memorable, coherent, and differentiating visitor experience in every interaction.
  6. Know and comprehensively understand every stage of the coffee value chain, in order to transmit it clearly during the tour offered to the customer.
  7. Ensure that the storytelling of the coffee and the brand is communicated clearly and consistently to each visitor, in order to strengthen the customer's connection with the brand.
  8. Actively interact with visitors during and at the end of the tour, for the purpose of verifying their level of satisfaction regarding the service and the experience received.
  9. Manage customer complaints and suggestions to ensure a complete experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Direct daily store operations ensuring efficiency, order, and compliance with established standards.

Reside in Punta cana or in the eastern zone of the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Technician, or University Student in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration or Business Administration, or related careers.
  • Food handling and customer service.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Barista courses or coffee-related courses.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
  • Management of points of sale (POS)
  • Experience in line positions (Operations, Service, Barismo, Cashier)
  • Microsoft Office management.
  • Knowledge or experience in restaurant supervision or events.
  • Knowledge of inventories, costs, schedule management, and staff rotation.
  • Experience in the retail, restaurant, food and beverage sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position, event service, or similar positions.
