DevOps Engineer - cem/ibk

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer specialized in Cloud Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with experience in automation, Kubernetes, security, and DevSecOps practices.

What will your challenge be?

• Design and maintain Cloud infrastructure using Terraform, OpenTofu and Terragrunt.
• Automate configurations and operations through Ansible, Shell Scripting and Python.
• Implement GitOps practices for infrastructure and application deployment.
• Manage and secure Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Define and implement security and compliance policies through Policy as Code.
• Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines under DevSecOps practices.
• Implement and maintain networking and security solutions in Kubernetes.
• Participate in initiatives for resilience, Disaster Recovery (DR) and hardening of platforms.
• Document architectures, automation flows, and technical standards.
• Maintain and implement improvements on Backstage as an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

What are we looking for?

• Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, or related degrees.
• 3 years of experience in similar DevOps, Cloud Automation, or IaC positions.
• Experience with Terraform, OpenTofu and/or Terragrunt.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, FluxCD, GitHub, Kyverno and Backstage.
• Experience in DevSecOps, Policy as Code and security in Cloud/Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Shell Scripting and Python.
• Intermediate level English.
• Intermediate level Office.
• Desirable: certifications Terraform Associate, CKA, CKAD, CKS and/or Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305).
