Service Delivery Manager Senior | Infrastructure & Operations

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in IT infrastructure service management and critical operations, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing clients, and ensuring the quality, continuity, and evolution of technological services.

What are we looking for?

• More than 6 years of experience managing IT infrastructure services and critical operations.
• Experience managing services under 7x24x365 schemes.
• Experience in service transition, transformation, and stabilization projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure and operations teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technological areas simultaneously.
• Experience in direct relationship with corporate clients and executive levels.
• Experience in financial and contractual management of services.
• Experience in developing and monitoring continuous improvement plans.
• Participation in pre-sales, preparation of proposals, and service growth.
• Knowledge of ITIL, PMI, Agile, and Service Governance.

🛠 Technical Knowledge

We are looking for a profile with a comprehensive vision of infrastructure, with knowledge in:

Infrastructure and Operations

• Storage and backup: SAN/NAS, enterprise arrays, and replication.
• Networks and communications: Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and LAN/WAN.
• Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Middleware: Oracle SOA Suite, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and MQ Series.
• Data Centers: physical infrastructure, power, climate control, cabling, and capacity management.
• Cloud and hybrid infrastructure: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS concepts, and hybrid/multicloud architectures. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP is desirable.

🎯 What will your main responsibilities be?

• Comprehensively lead the operation of the services under their responsibility.
• Coordinate teams and leaders from different infrastructure areas.
• Supervise N1, N2, and N3 teams.
• Manage critical escalations and contingency situations.
• Ensure the availability, capacity, and continuity of services.
• Manage SLA's, KPI's, and contractual compliance.
• Direct operational, executive, and follow-up committees.
• Prepare and present executive and operational reports.
• Manage risks and mitigation plans.
• Define and implement continuous improvement and technological transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency generation.
• Monitor operational, financial, and service evolution indicators.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in RFI, RFP, RFQ, and pre-sales processes.
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and evolution of services.
• Drive automation, observability, and technological modernization initiatives.
