  • Analyze and follow up on support tickets.
  • Perform queries and validations in Oracle databases.
  • Support the analysis of incidents related to applications.
  • Perform testing and validation of APIs and SOAP/REST web services.
  • Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Follow up on cases until their resolution.
  • Maintain constant communication with the involved areas.

Work zone Polanco, Mexico City. Availability to rotate shifts.
