Regional Head IDX Representative Office of Maluku

We are looking for an experienced and visionary professional to lead our IDX Representative Office of Maluku . In this position, you will be responsible for managing the IDX Representative Office in implementing education and socialization activities to the public effectively and efficiently, as well as representing IDX in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and ensure the effective management of the IDX Representative Office in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Drive capital market development initiatives by increasing market transactions, investor participation, and listed company engagement within the region.

Ensure the successful implementation of capital market education, outreach, and public awareness programs.

Develop and manage the Representative Office to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations.

Develop annual work plans and budgets while ensuring the achievement of business objectives and performance targets.

Build and maintain a competent team by fostering a strong organizational culture and encouraging innovation.

Ensure the Representative Office operates in compliance with corporate governance, risk management, internal control, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You’ll Deliver:

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in the capital market industry.

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)

Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
